For Organizations Who Support Neurodivergent and Disabled Families

You Support the Kids.

I Support the Parents.

Together, families thrive

Hi, I'm Russ Solomon, founder of InTune Parents

This is what's been missing

If you serve families navigating disability, developmental differences, or neurodivergence, then you already know what parents are carrying, the emotional weight, the constant decision-making, the pressure to hold everything together while still showing up with love.

Most services are designed to help the child.

InTune Parents exists to support the parent.

Because when parents feel steady, aligned, and emotionally clear, everything you’re already doing for the child starts to land more deeply.

This isn’t coaching. It’s not mindset work. It’s not about parenting strategies.

It’s a proven, experiential process that helps parents eliminate stress at the root, align their inner energy, and show up with grounded presence, even in the hardest moments.

How I Support the Families You Serve

I help parents stay emotionally steady and deeply present — even in the most chaotic moments — so they can navigate challenges with clarity, raise their families with intention, and become the kind of grounded presence that transforms everything around them.

That way, the work you’re doing to support families can land even deeper — and create the kind of lasting change we both want to see.

InTune Parents is an 8-week online experience for heart-centered parents raising neurodivergent and disabled children. It’s delivered through a structured, flexible format that fits into busy lives, while staying focused and time-bound for real transformation.

Parents receive:

Weekly small-group live Zoom sessions
So they can connect, ask questions, and practice the tools in real time

Two private 1:1 sessions
So they can go deeper into their personal challenges and clear the emotional weight they’ve been carrying

Gradual access to weekly recorded modules
So they’re never overwhelmed, and each step builds on the last with clarity and purpose

Lifetime access to the full course
So they can return to the tools and integrate the work long after the 8 weeks

Ongoing support through the InTune Parents Graduate Group
So there’s a trusted space to return to for continued connection, steadiness, and guidance

This is not about fixing, coping, or managing behaviors.

It’s about helping parents feel better, on the inside, so their child can feel the difference, too.

If you’re nodding along and thinking, “Okay… this actually sounds different” — pull up a chair.

How We Can Work Together

Here’s how we can make a real difference for the families you serve.

Free Parent Wellness Assessments

Offer your community access to a 15-minute private session with me.

It’s a warm, no-pressure space to walk through three key areas:

  • The strategies they’re using (consciously or not) to manage stress and tension
  • How they’re showing up energetically and the impact that has on their child
  • One personalized insight to help them shift, plus grounded next steps they can take right away to show up with more steadiness and presence

You don’t have to coordinate a thing.
Just share the opportunity. I’ll handle the rest.

Now Forming: InTune Leaders Circle

We’re inviting a small group of organizational leaders (who are also parents) to experience the full InTune Parents program firsthand.

You’ll be welcomed into a private version of the program created specifically for leaders like you, and you’ll be joining a powerful mix of new and current participants, which makes the experience even more supportive and rich.

It’s a rare chance to deeply understand what your families would receive, while also getting the kind of parenting support most professionals never slow down long enough to ask for.

This special group is being offered at about 80% off the standard tuition. Enrollment is open on a rolling basis and capped at 10 participants.

Once full, this special group closes. A new group may open later, but there’s no guarantee.

If this resonates, the next step is to your book a Parent Wellness Assessment below, and just let me know you’re going to join as a parent affiliated with an organization, so I can support you accordingly.

Some of my most trusted referral partners are professionals who’ve had their own family breakthroughs, and that clarity helps them refer with confidence.

Let's Talk

This is an open invitation to start a real conversation.

If you’re doing work that supports families raising neurodivergent or disabled children, I’d genuinely love to connect.

Whether you support families in your local community or across entire regions, I want to understand what you’re seeing, what’s working, what’s missing, and where parents might need something deeper.

Ask your questions. Bring your insights.

This call is here for thoughtful leaders who feel the spark and want to explore what this could mean, for the families you serve, and maybe even for you.

This work isn’t for everyone.

If this resonates, pick a time below — I’d love to start the conversation and see what unfolds.
